How can I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, please email us at studioberojpr@gmail.com with all relevant details, including your booking confirmation and contact information.

Is the booking refundable?

For a full refund, any booking must be canceled at least 7 days in advance before the workshop is scheduled to start.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable.

Can I reschedule my booking?

You can reschedule your booking up to 7 days before the workshop. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Please note that once a booking is rescheduled, it cannot be canceled for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

If eligible for a refund, you will receive it via your original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please contact us at studioberojpr@gmail.com.
