Discover the rich artistic heritage of Jaipur through Studio Berõ's signature multi-craft experience. This immersive workshop brings together three of Rajasthan's most celebrated traditional crafts—Block Printing, Blue Pottery, and Lac Bangle Making—allowing you to experience the city's vibrant craft traditions in one memorable session.

Guided by experienced artisans, you'll learn the stories behind each craft, understand the traditional techniques, and create your own handmade pieces to take home as lasting souvenirs from Jaipur.

What You Will Experience

Block Printing Workshop

• Begin with a brief introduction to the art of traditional block printing.

• Watch a live demonstration to understand how colour is applied and how wooden blocks are printed on fabric with proper alignment and pressure.

• Practice on a small fabric swatch to get comfortable with the blocks, colours, and printing technique before starting your final pieces.

• Once ready, you will design and print two textile pieces—a tote bag and a cushion cover using Studio Berõ's curated collection of hand-carved wooden blocks.

• After completing your designs, the pieces are left briefly to dry and are ready to take home by the end of the workshop.

Blue Pottery Workshop

• Discover the history, origins, and cultural significance of Jaipur's famous Blue Pottery.

• Learn about the unique clay mixture made using quartz powder, glass powder, multani mitti, katira gum, black salt, and water.

• Watch how moulds are used to shape different Blue Pottery products.

• You will receive two Blue Pottery coasters to design and paint. Create your artwork freehand or with guidance from the artisan before painting with traditional oxide colours.

• Choose to take your painted coasters home the same day or leave them with us for professional glazing and firing.

Lac Bangle Making Experience

• Experience the colourful tradition of Lac craftsmanship, one of Rajasthan's most iconic art forms.

• Learn the traditional five-step process of melting, pressing, colouring (Rang Chaapna), shaping, and sizing during your hands-on experience.

• Discover how this beautiful craft continues to be practiced using simple tools and remarkable artisan skill.

• Create two Lac products to take home as handcrafted souvenirs.
